Invisible is building an International Scientific Advisory Board to expand its educational offerings to countries outside of the U.S. and to address tick-borne disease issues unique to different regions. The inaugural member is Jack Lambert, MD, PhD, who is a Consultant in Infectious Diseases and Genitourinary Medicine at Mater Misericordiae University Hospital, and a Full Clinical Professor at University College Dublin School of Medicine. His current research focus is on infections in pregnancy, and he is also the founder of the Lyme Resource Centre (www.lymeresourcecentre.com) in Scotland, which is working to help the educate the public and health-care professionals on tickborne diseases.
“I am excited to join Invisible's international scientific advisory board,” says Dr. Lambert. “By unifying academic and community physicians from around the globe, we can make important strides in this field.”
