Services will change — soon

Soon You will be able to change the names on the Services. Maybe you need ”Zoom co-host”, ”Attendant Entrance”, ”Attendant Main Hall”, Lawn moving”, ”Snow shoveling” or some other Service. Just change the label of a Service You do not use.

To do after the update

After the update is made there is a chance the old labels will disappear.

Admins (users with the Role Administrator) can re-enter the old labels in the Setting Page (Cog wheel) or enter new ones You want. The old Labels is shown in light grey to guide You.

Adapt to your needs

Enter new names to make it easier to fill out the Services.

Groups

Now the group selector works on Services too.

Activate the Group Selector in the Setting Page. Then enter names following this pattern: [congregation]#[group]
