🌟Dr. Andrew Huberman on Rich Roll's podcast is top-notch. I took notes and listened in one sitting. If you're interested in brain function, neuroplasticity, and how you can apply it to your life, have a listen.
🌟 And wwwhat is this? How Oklahoma Became the Weed Capital of the World by Jeff Bell. Apparently, they've got more dispensaries than California or Colorado.
🌟 Are you avoiding the news? You're not the only one. Selective news avoidance is high and increasing as reported by Poynter.
🌟 Evening stretches have become my thing. I mean, they always were, but now, they are like, REALLY, my thing. Mady Morrison from Germany is nice because you follow along, no talking, just music.
I also like Yoga with Kassandra. I know everyone likes Adriene, and I've tried her vids, but so far I prefer the short vids of Kassandra.
🌟 I've been a fan of TechGumbo for years, and his video on why you should switch from Chrome to Firefox is great. It's reminding me that I need to wean off of Gmail and the rest of the Google empire.
🌟 Lastly, I find myself consuming less new content. Like the trend in music, I'm going back in time to the good 'ol days. Not to bury my head in the sandbox, but because honestly, I'm not interested in the new stuff.
I know, I know, there's a ton of content, something for everybody, but instead I re-watched Top Gun, Clue, Persuasion, fell in love with the BBC series Lark Rise to Candleford and for 4th of July, we watched Collateral with Tom Cruise and Jamie Foxx.
Although, it's still weird to see folks on screen without masks, because even though Thailand has lifted the mandate, the people of Lampang are still wearing them.
