| We are growing a network of energy efficiency promoters |
To change or not to change the light bulbs in your home to LED ones? For our graduates from the energy efficiency seminars, this question has long since been answered. They are already putting much more complex knowledge into practice and inspiring their communities to do the same. This time, we brought together some of our most active graduates to explore the concepts of NZEB (nearly zero-energy buildings) and renewable energy communities—two innovative ideas for the Republic of Moldova that mark a new stage in the country's green transition. Learn more in this post.

| The first energy community in Moldova will be created in the village of Cociulia, Cantemir district |
After analyzing the five applications submitted for the competition in the project "Piloting the first renewable energy community," Cociulia was selected. It was a complex process, in which the feasibility of the project, community involvement, technical potential, and energy needs were carefully evaluated, as well as letters of confirmation from Premier Energy. Cociulia successfully passed all of them. Together with our strategic partners, we identified the most suitable legal framework for registering the first energy community: a limited liability company (LLC). More details here.

How (and where) do we plant a tree correctly?
The leaves are becoming increasingly sparse, temperatures are dropping—clear signs that planting season is beginning! We believe that the value of planting is not measured by the number of trees planted or the number of people involved, but by how correctly each tree is planted. For a tree to take root well, we need to pay attention to a few details, but it's not complicated at all, it's not rocket science. This infographic is just one of many useful resources that will help you understand how to plant correctly. You can find more resources here. The materials can be printed, shared on social media, or used in any other creative and useful way. If you want to use them, please let us know. We would love to know that they are reaching places we haven't yet! |
