Storage migration to GPFS complete

Our migration to the GPFS storage system is now complete. This new system replaces and consolidates the Lustre and PanFS storage systems. We appreciate everybody's help making the process go smoothly.

Anaconda for Python 3 available

We've made it easier to use Anaconda with Python 3 on the HPC. Anaconda, a data science platform with over 195 packages for science, math, engineering, and data analysis, is now installed system-wide.

Slurm submit generator recipes

We've created some pre-made recipes for submitting jobs to the HPC using common software packages, such as MATLAB, R, ORCA, and others. Simply click the "Recipe" button in the available software list on our website to use it.
