I visit the Apple Store.
The repair, £600.
I'm convinced. The repair should be free.
I research UK consumer rights law. It agrees.
The problem. Apple says I'm not eligible.
Should I cut my losses?
Pay the bill.

Coincidently I'm reading Quit by Annie Duke.
An exercise on "Kill Criteria" helped.
Now I know exactly when I'll be quitting.
