Hardie Park - Your space : Our place

We are delighted and excited to announce to one and all that Hardie Park Cafe's opening times have now been extended! Looking forward to spending some time with you over the half-term holidays. Playtime, scoot, skate, coffee, ice-cream, snacks and coffee await.

We appreciate your co-operation adhering to our Covid guidelines to keep our customers, staff and volunteers safe. When visiting please remember your mask and wait to be seated.

Our pop-up community food corner will be open for the duration. You are welcome to take what you need, donate what you can. Any funds raised keeps the little green van on the road, to-ing and fro-ing with surplus supermarket food.   THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT OF THE PARK AND IT'S PROJECTS.

Rotary East Thurrock supports our benches for all

We approached Rotary East Thurrock following their community offer of 'local funding for small, sustainable projects with long term impact on the area or residents.' Having recently purchased a number of new colourful, 100% recycled plastic benches to allow customers to spend more time in the park we applied for Rotary’s support. The request was to help towards the cost of a wheelchair accessible bench, enhancing provision alongside other newly purchased seating.

We are delighted to say our application for funding the wheelchair accessible bench was awarded! THANK YOU to Rotary East Thurrock for your kind donation.
