At the start of February, I and two others (Rowena Hennigan and Lorna Lacey) began giving half-hour consulting sessions as Remote Work Mentors through the laya Healthcare App. If you're a member you can go on and book me for free.
For June I'm available Mon-Fri after midday, plus Thursday mornings.
We're working to bring the service to more platforms. I'm very excited about this as I've really enjoyed working with my clients so far this year!

Last month I mentioned that I'm developing a short online course on Thinkific to help people kick-start their work from home situations by separating work and home.
Scripts are nearly all written (it takes longer than you think to make even a short course apparently!) and recording will start in June.
It's based on the most immediately helpful approaches that I've seen work with my existing clients.
Monthly Top Tip
First do the "Important, Non-Urgent" Tasks
As early as possible in the day, preferably before checking any emails, spend an hour doing something that's important, but not urgent. This quadrant on the Eisenhower Matrix holds some of the most critical things we can do to improve our work and our lives long term, but it's often ignored because it's less urgent.
Carve out an hour per day to do these tasks before anything else and see how it begins to change your life!!
