Casa Guanajuato’s celebration of 5 de Mayo since 2005 is a great way to honor and showcase the art, music, traditions, and humanity of the Mexican community in Kennett Square and surrounding areas.

• Official opening at 1 pm with the American Anthem sang by our local young Mexican-Dominican singer Seylin and the Mexican Anthem by young Mexican singer Ulises

As the trees brim with green, flowers bloom, and days increase with warmth and sunshine, we are excited once again to share Third Thursday evenings with the KSQ community!

In next week's Around the Square, we share our plans for this year's Third Thursday season, which will feature collaborations with merchants, organizations, and vendors for a complete night of dining, shopping, strolling, and enjoying one another along State Street.
