It was WONDERFUL to have Ruth Rice from Renew Wellbeing with us last Friday (Friday 15th July)!

A HUGE THANKS to Ruth and to everyone who came to the training event. 

We're so excited about creating a renew space at St Augustine's, a space where it's okay not to be okay, a space where we can all share practices of wellbeing.

Our last meal on 15th July was WONDERFUL!

Donations towards to cost of the food are very welcome (there will be a collection basket at the back of church).
