It's your chronically sleep-deprived corset enthusiast!
Amazing news, my sister had an appointment today with one of the specialists who said that her kidney function has returned to 100%! We were all very scared when the doctors in the ICU told us about organs shutting down in response to septic shock, at the time we didn't know that the damage is potentially reversible. We learned SO much about the medical system these past few months (although it is not a crash course that we would ever like to experience again!) and we are all so, so grateful that my sister is continuing to improve! 💖
This week I've been super busy with website updates - not the exciting kind (no new articles on the front end) but updating and cleaning up plugins and code on the back end. Dull but crucial for keeping my site fast, functional, and safe! Also my webhost is retiring their services this year and I am doing some research on migrating my site to a new host. If any of my readers are techy and can recommend a great managed web-hosting service, I'd be very grateful!
