We are pleased to invite you to a series of interactive events this May and June to support your institutional innovation journey. Whether you are new to HEInnovate or an experienced user, these online and in-person opportunities offer ways to deepen your knowledge, exchange ideas, and explore new applications of the tool.

🎓 Train the Trainer: In-Person Training in Berlin

📅 18–19 June 2025
📍 Campus Schöneberg, HWR Berlin – Berlin Professional School
This two-day in-person training session will equip staff from higher education institutions to use HEInnovate effectively and promote it within their institutions.

Participants will:

• Deepen their understanding of the HEInnovate tool and Action Cards;

• Learn how to use the tool strategically in institutional planning;

• Exchange good practices with peers from across Europe;

• Gain the skills to organise and facilitate workshops locally.

🕒 Starts at 11:00 on 18 June | Ends at 15:00 on 19 June
💶 No registration fee. Travel, accommodation (1 night), and meals covered.

💡 Webinar: Supporting Services for Student Entrepreneurship

🌐 Workshop: Exploring HEInnovate for European Universities Alliances

As European Universities alliances expand, this interactive workshop will explore how HEInnovate — originally developed for individual HEIs — can be adapted to support shared innovation strategies at alliance level.

What to expect:

• Introduction to the HEInnovate tool;

• Reflections on its potential in a transnational context;

• Peer exchange and open discussion on needs and ideas.

This webinar will cover:

• Examples of how it supports institutional innovation and entrepreneurship;

• A user story from Juliana Vassileva (New Bulgarian University, HEInnovate Expert Group);
