I'm excited to share the cover of Stringer with you today! This isn't posted anywhere online yet and won't be until I choose a release date. Stringer is the first book in the Rogue Reporter romantic thriller series featuring Linda Reeves, Cynthia's best friend from the Cynthia Webber thrillers. Linda is such a fun character, and I'm excited for her to have her own book. I'm not sure yet how much of a role she will play in the rest of the series or how many books will be in the series (three for sure!).
Each book will be named after a journalism term. If you remember from Unaudited, Linda gets fed up and leaves her job at S-CAL which is how the name Rogue Reporter came about for the series. A stringer is a correspondent not on the regular staff of a newspaper. I'd love your help naming the next book in the series. It will likely feature Kyle who is Linda's coworker and mentioned in Unaudited. Here are some journalism titles I'm considering for the title: Source, Anchor, Libel, Embargo, Kicker, and Clickbait. If any of these jump out at you, please reply and let me know.
