Dear USET/USET SPF Family,

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) has announced that it will hold its annual Tribal consultation virtually tomorrow on September 18, 2024 from 1:00 - 4:30 pm ET. 

During the consultation, ACF will discuss the agency's implementation of Executive Order (E.O.) 14112, integration of the 477 program at ACF, and other topics relevant for Indian Country. The full agenda for the consultation may be viewed here. 

Proper implementation of E.O. 14112, particularly implementation of Section 4(a) which focuses on identifying and quantifying the United States' unmet trust and treaty obligations to Tribal Nations, is a major priority for USET SPF.
