1. Slow down to speed up. Stop getting customers by any means. Design a more selective model and design processes (recruitment, delivery). Reject potential deals and use some time to set up your machine.
2. Wake up and understand your growth process. Ask your clients about their needs. Get out of the office. Experiment with new tools and ideas. Talk to people who are successfully growing their companies. Don’t try to hire a new business manager and believe that she will figure it out for you.
