It has been reported that a robbery occurred onboard a bulk carrier drifting 3nm Northwest of Carrefour. Two armed robbers confronted and threatened a duty crew member on routine rounds. The alarm was raised and the crew mustered which resulted in the perpetrators escaping into a waiting boat with two mooring ropes and items of the crew member's property.
