PRAR Board and Staff wants to reassure all of our Members, we are still open for business and here to serve you. While we have had to cancel some Classes and Programs, we are still in the office working for you! If at anytime we need to close the office, we will still have access to work remotely to provide you with the Outstanding Services you have come accustomed to. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything from your PRAR Staff. What you need to Know
Do You Need to Renew your License June 2020?

All REALTORS must take the class 3 Ps of Professionalism. This is the Core Class for the June 2020 renewal with 4 hours of CE.  

Salesperson Licensees must obtain 6 more hours of elective CE credits. 

Broker Licensees must take the BIC Duties and Responsibilities Core Class worth 4 hours of CE credit.  They must then obtain 2 additional hours of elective CE credit. 

In total all REALTORS must have 10 hours of CE credit. 

You can track your CE credits through 'CE Broker' which is where you will renew your License for SC LLR.  

Check out PRAR website under Class Calendar for the list of CE Classes we are offering to help you obtain your CE Credit. You may also email or call us at 803-329-2030 for more assistance. 

NOTE: Ethics is not required for your SC LLR License renewal.  This is a NAR Requirement not due until December of 2021.

At this time, SC LLR has not extended the June 30th Renewal.  We will do have options for Online Classes, but will keep these scheduled classes below if we can.  We will announce on Facebook and our Website if we need to cancel/postpone any classes!

Core 3P's, June 23rd, 8:30AM - 12:30PM (4 Hours)

Up In Smoke, June 23rd, 1:30PM - 5:30PM (4 Hours)

We have Online classes available for you as well on our website.  You can take classes through CE Shop or Western Upstate to meet your June 2020 Renewal requirements if needed.

        Major Builder: Coronavirus Won’t Kill New Construction

        Low interest rates and inventory will draw buyers to the market, Lennar Corp.’s executive chairman, Stuart Miller, said on a conference call with industry analysts this week. The home builder, one of the largest in the country, said it was working on new ways for buyers to purchase new homes virtually, such as by leveraging its digital programs and offering drive-through closings. Such closings enable home buyers to sign documents from their car. “Even in the current environment, we are selling homes,” Miller said. “Since the first quarter, new orders continue to be strong.”

        The National Association of REALTORS® has been responding to a flurry of legislative activity aimed at providing economic relief from COVID-19. NAR is committed to ensuring that lawmakers continue to take into consideration the real estate industry, including independent contractors and small business owners.
