Nothing’s more important to Dipaways than the experience of our travelers, so we're sharing what's being done to keep you safe during the evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation.
First, your health is everything. We’re working around the clock to ensure that we are over-prepared for any concerns that may arise. We’ve enhanced our sanitation requirements and quality checks for all trips. All local partners are required to provide health safety plans, and we’re assisting with resources to ensure it. Your Trip Host will also readily have disinfectants available. We strongly suggest that all travelers check with your doctor or health advisor before your departure.
Second, we’re closely monitoring all guidelines and communication from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and regional & national health authorities. We’re also regularly talking with our partners on the ground. Our team will continue to update you as the situation evolves.
Third, we completely understand that circumstances like these require some flexibility. To ensure your trip remains perfectly tailored to your needs, we’ll be rolling out a new flexible change policy for any upcoming trips impacted. As of today, there are no travel restrictions during any of our trips departing after March. We encourage you to continue making plans to join us and stay current with payments. If you haven't done so already, make sure your trip is covered with travel insurance, including cancellation coverage.
