Saturday arrival is between 9 am and 11 am only. Your temperature will be checked and you will need to have with you your completed, printed pre-event health screening form. The form will need to be accessible within the car. No electronic versions will be accepted. No form, no admittance. Print this form and begin logging TODAY as this is day 1 of the 14 day logging. The form may be found at the button at the end of this email.
Once you have arrived at camp and checked in please do not leave or you will not be readmitted.
No one will be camping Saturday night so you will not need any camping gear. We recommend you bring a water bottle and a camp chair. We will be asking that all members group with their chapters and remain with them throughout the event for contact tracing. We will be limiting assemblies to groups of 50. Meals will be 'to go' fashion but note that we will not be allowing anyone to eat inside of the Grand Lodge or the Sullivan Center. We plan to serve lunch and dinner.
Masks are required and social distancing of at least 6 feet will be observed. Hand sanitizer will be available and its use encouraged. We also recommend that anyone in a high risk group defined by the CDC to please not attend.
The event will conclude Saturday after Vigil Callout and everyone will exit camp. We are estimating the event to end at 8:00 pm, please plan your travel arrangements accordingly.
This will not be a normal Fall Fellowship. We will not be able to interact as before. If you would like to cancel your registration, please do. http://support.lodge104.net/
