Alright my friend, I realize I haven't given you much of a heads up on this one, but I only just got back into my IG account after being inexplicably locked out for weeks. So, let's begin.
I want to spend Asylum Christmas Eve with you. The whole thing. Here are the straight details, no balderdash, claptrap, or bosh:

Welcome to the first Asylum Auction benefitting the National Alliance on Mental Illness, and one of several which will feature the ULTIMATE collector’s items from the development of The Asylum For Wayward Victorian Girls musical, beginning workshops this March (eeeeek!!!).
These auctions will allow you, my fellow Inmate, to be an important part of the development of this show and even own a piece of it, whilst supporting some very special charities.❤️
Thus, tomorrow morning (or today, depending upon when you receive this missive), I will be offering my 15 page, hand-written vocal score of the song “One Foot In Front Of The Other” from The Asylum For Wayward Victorian Girls.
The score contains all of the vocal parts as they will be sung in the show, which is slightly different from the FLAG version, as there will be more Inmates singing on stage than were on the album, and different characters will take different lines. There are 9 main vocals (Emily, The Captain, Inmates 1 - 7), plus 4 additional ensemble groups to reach a grand total of approximately 25 Inmates. With this score in your paws, you will (A) be the VERY FIRST person in the world to know the parts of this iconic number (even the actors won’t get these parts until March!), and (B) you will be able, provided you and your cohorts can read music, to actually SING these parts and hear exactly how they will sound in the show!
HOW TO BID: Starting at 9 A.M. Eastern Standard Time on the 24th, simply find the LATEST POST on my IG announcing that the auction has begun (I will be posting this at exactly 9 A.M.), and enter your bid in USD in the comments. Each new bid must be submitted as a *new comment*. Bidding will end at 9 P.M. EST, however, there will be a 10 minute extension added to each bid to prevent anyone from being outbid in the final moment. The winner will be contacted by Instagram DM to arrange payment and shipping. Payment must be made within 24 hours, or the second highest bidder will be approached.
