It's Cardio day today and we're kicking the week off with a 60 minute cardio endurance session! Please choose from power walking, jogging, swimming, a gym session using the cross trainer or bike, an aerobics class and so on.

This is not to encourage you to eat bread! There is still an impact on the body from the starch that turns into glucose and wheat aggravates your gut. But I cut bananas out years ago and it made such a difference!
