Floor Plans Integration in Property Survey

The Property Survey module has been extended with the possibility of marking the location on the building plan when adding a note or a problem. This modification will make it possible to precisely indicate the location of any defects, e.g., especially in places that are difficult to find. Additionally, the property survey report generated to a PDF file will now include the marked locations on the plans

Two Signatures Added in the Mobile App

From now on, it is possible to add double signatures in the mobile app, both when changing the ticket/inspection status from "Open" to "Done" and when changing it later to "Closed". This modification will allow adding signatures of, for example, both a technician and a tenant, which will then be displayed on the generated report. Adding signatures is also possible after reactivation of the ticket/inspection.

Introducing My Buildings Module

Singu Tenant App will be extended with a new fully customizable module, that will allow tenants to quickly access building plans, nearby restaurants, services, public transport information, and even coupons with discounts for tenants.

Graphics and Photos in News

The News module will be enhanced with the possibility of adding graphics or photos. Thanks to this, the News
module will become even more attractive, allowing managers to send tenants interesting information.

Introducing Community Module

We are creating this module to empower tenants to get to know each other better and build community with other occupiers and companies.
