Musings from my Writing Cave
September was a whirlwind! I am honestly not sure where this month has gone! By the time I finally got caught up with the things I had let fall behind in August, it was already October! I may not feel like I have accomplished much, but I am one step closer to a re-launch on my series, so I know I have. I can't wait to share the new look with you, my designer has done a fabulous job pulling the covers together into one cohesive look!
I was able to get a little writing done at my annual writer's retreat, which made me ecstatically happy. I am currently pitching the series I worked on, so I spent a lot of time getting re-acquainted with my characters. I was delighted to find that I am still in love with them as much now, as I was when I wrote them. It will still be some time before I can share anything on this particular project, since I decided I want to have at least three books in the series before I hit publish. One way or another, I hope to have these out by early 2022.
I also managed a quick girls trip to some parts of upper Michigan, and managed some great shots while we were there. I am fortunate to live in such a beautiful state, and I am glad I was able to get out and see some sites while still staying pretty close to home. Nothing newsworthy happened, since what happens in upper Michigan, stays there... but I will say that I had a blast, which is always a given considering the company. Let's just say, Traverse City may never be the same.
Last, but not least, my novelette "A Love For All Seasons" is out and you can download your copy which includes a number of other romance shorts that you are sure to love. You can find the link below, and I am excited to see what you think! You can send me your comments, updates or pictures from your part of the world to my email anytime!
Happy Reading! XO
