Welcome to our December Newsletter. 

Well Christmas is upon us, our first Christmas offer has gone live today. and will run until the 12th December with a different offer each day. Daily reminders will be on our social media channels. 

Below we have reminders of last postage dates - last post does seem to be earlier this year due to the global pandemic, please check although delivery is not guaranteed before Christmas they give a good indication. 

Also below you will find our Christmas closing dates, every year we close for 2 weeks to spend time with our families. 

This has definitely been the strangest year and i am sure many of us will be glad to see the back of 2020. This Christmas maybe different from previous years but we truly hope that you have a wonderful Christmas and we will see you in 2021!

This December we are running our 12 days of Christmas offer. The offer has gone live today the 1st December.  A different offer will become line on our website each day, no codes are needed, you just need to pop in your basket and pay before the offer runs out.   The offers are live from 00:01 until 23:59 on their assigned day - please be aware that the times are GMT.  

Every year we close for 2 weeks over the Christmas period. This year we will be close on Friday 18th December at 2pm  any orders placed after 3pm on Thursday 17th December WILL NOT be dispatched until we return in the new year. 

We will work hard to dispatch all orders which have been placed over the Christmas break within the first 2 weeks (this will obviously depend on how many orders we have) 

Each year even we receive e-mails chasing orders placed over the Christmas break, (we have had orders placed on Christmas day chased 2 days later) There will be no one in the office while we are closed and we will not be checking e-mails. On our return to the office we will work through orders in date order any orders placed from the Friday 18th December will be sent out within 10 working days from the 4th January 2021 (as we are closed the 4th January will be classed as day 1) as per the standard T&C 's

COUNTDOWN TO CHRISTMAS CLOSING

This range of plate's are approximately the size of 11's plate, they are a welcome addition to our coloured range.

We will be holding our own retreats in 2021 at Foxhill House in the Cheshire countryside. We are offering an early bird discount on our September course, and we expect it to sell out quickly. Book now to avoid any disappointment. Bookings can be made via our website by clicking the link below.

We will have further Residential's planned for 2022 which includes a Mirrors and picture frames, and Art Nouveau,* More information will be sent out soon, with dates, course details and prices , you will then be able to book to secure your place via our website.

Our new studio space is working well, we have a nice bright room with lots of storage and it works well. The building is connected to the NHS Track and Trace with a unique QR code, but to date there have been no connections to a Covid outbreak which is great news. Our studio away from the main hub of people as we are located in the artists corridor on the upper floor 

We have a brand new kit that is now available on the website. This new kit is a beautiful rainbow and will also be our first charity kit, and is available to order now. Order here 

We are delighted that £10 of each kit sold will be donated to 2 of our nominated charities, NHS Charities together and St Rocco's Hospice which is a local charity who offer end of life care in our local community and we love to support them whenever we can.
