KAREN STEWART PENS A TEMPLATE LETTER TO THE DOD!
Former NSA linguist/analyst, Karen Stewart has written a letter to the Department of Defense as a template for those who wish to follow suit. It is an official notification that there are also civilian victims of microwave and directed energy weapons attacks.
Please have a look in the 'Community Bulletin' section of this newsletter. And feel free to copy and paste the letter into a WORD or Open office program if you'd like and send it to the DOD or re-address it to send to whoever you feel is in need of this message.

Hello to all,
Well it’s another week and things are going slow here at the park - down to one tenant. Still getting some calls for what I might consider long term tenants...What I'm looking for is people who want to live next to another TI.
I wish to re-state that I have no magical powers. I am not a clinical doctor. I can't fix your pre-existing problems. I might be able to make them less or better than before, but no guarantees.
We try to act safe and be safe, but cannot stop the shadow government if it follows you.
So in a positive manner, if you like to live next to another who’s a TI in a semi-secluded area and have the means to take care of your needs and housing, please contact me for details.
May 2021 bring us more freedom than before.

"I would welcome other Ti s to Texas if they want to live near other ‘Tis. I have room for up to six Ti s who don’t mind living in a camper of their own. I am basically charging them lot rent of $399/ month for utilities - water sewer etc. if you have your own camper. $599/ month if you want to rent one.
The property is isolated and in the country.... 15 miles away to two different cities ...1 hour from ocean or San Antonio. No buses or public transportation. But it’s quiet here and I am easy going as well.
Drama people not needed. Everyone should be easy going and calm we could meet once a week and talk to ease some of our issues as it’s always the isolation game with our perps not wanting us to talk to anyone but them.

TI REALITY TV SERIES STARTING
John Gonzales in Arizona has come up with this idea of a TI TV series. In speaking to him about this, we have decided that a reality-type of TV show may be interesting. And so far we have received positive feedback from this idea.
It would be a way for people to come to understand the plight of TI's if they were brought into our daily lives and experiences, such as a reality-TV format which would highlight the day-to-day struggles of being targeted.

ICATOR SCANNING EVENT PLANNED FOR SEPT. 15-16, 2021
Melanie Vritschan, president of the International Coalition against Electronic Torture and the Robotisation of Living Beings(ICATOR) has announced the scheduling of a microchip implant scanning event as this group prepares for its international class action lawsuit.
The dates are Wednesday and Thursday, September 15-16, 2021 in Brussels, Belgium, will cost 120 euros per person and will include readings gathered from inside a Faraday cage. Due to the increased demand, an extra day was scheduled.

Dear sirs,
I am writing to you to express my sympathy and concern in regard to our government personnel who have been grievously harmed by high tech, covert Directed Energy Weapons, such as microwave, which are classified as weapons of war as well as Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD). I am glad to see that Senators, Collins, Shaheen, and Rubio rushed legislation out to address the dire medical and financial needs of these public servants.
However, it has come to the attention of many in the public that not only are our government servants being attacked abroad as well as shockingly, inside the United States, but that there are strong indications that retired Federal workers, and civilians are also reporting similar assaults and being diagnosed with similar neurological and brain damage as that suffered by those 130 or so victims the government is now focused on exclusively. The numbers of non-government affiliated victims seem far larger than the verified victims and there seems to be little interest thus far in pursuing possible acts of war being perpetrated on civilians all over the country by a heretofore unnamed enemy, be it foreign or even domestic (who have possibly stolen U.S. weaponry?)
Due to the silent and horrifically damaging effects of such covert weapons, citizens and even authorities across the country are in danger. We respectfully demand that a task force be set up in each state as soon as possible that reports back to a main National Emergency DEW Assault Task Force entity in Washington, to investigate such complaints by citizens who should be provided a Hot-line to experts who will recognize DEW assault descriptions and that such victims may be in need of understanding for severe stress. The patterns and practices of the attacks on civilians (and their pets) will, likely resemble those reported by vetted victims as well as the injuries being undeniably similar and unique.
Please set this up as soon as possible, for the sake of victims not yet recognized, still suffering horrific assaults daily and for the sake of future victims to come if these attacks are not recognized and dealt with immediately.
