Click to download the resource. This will help you to stay calm, grounded, and focused during the week by prompting you to notice the things that are best for your mental wellbeing.
On the second page you have a weekly planner where each day can be tailored for either a Remote or In-Office plan.
This resource is from Remote Work Mentor, another project that I'm involved in - coaching remote work skills to clients of laya Healthcare (see news item below) and new services coming in the near future.
This month we had a 3-part interview series with Jennifer Van Uffelen but also each month I try to get out a solo video and this month it was on the awesome tool for Windows users, Listary.

More interviews with an awesome and inspiring remote work expert coming in October!
FREE Productivity consulting for laya Healthcare App users
In October, you'll be able to find a slot with me any day from Monday to Friday in the morning or afternoon. They are more limited, but spread throughout the day, so you can always find something that suits you.
Book your slot on the laya Healthcare app under 'Remote Work Experts'.
We're also working to bring the service to more platforms and healthcare providers.
Monthly Top Tip
Instrumental Music Only!
A lot of people like to listen to music or the radio while they work, and there's nothing wrong with that in particular, but there are certain things we should be aware of.
Chiefly, your brain will be processing these sounds, like a computer dedicating some of its memory to open browser tabs or other programs that you're not using. A random Spotify list of new songs may be particularly distracting as your brain will be processing a lot of lyrics that it's never heard before.
For best focus, instrumental music (dance, electro, baroque, or even instrumental metal) is the best when we're trying to focus or be creative because there are no lyrics to contaminate your current thinking. Have you ever typed an email and accidentally written the lyrics to the song as you were typing? That's what I mean!
