LEGAL GROUP STARTING
Per a conversation at our conference call on Monday night, we would like to start a legal group that will work on initiating a class action lawsuit. I know this is like the umpteenth time something like this has started, however, some in this group are convinced we can put one together.
This legal group would not compete with what attorney Ray Schumann is doing, however, It may augment his efforts. Those with legal backgrounds who may want to join this venture, please reply to this email at: info@pactsntl.org.

Dear All,
After a very successful 2nd International Targeted Individuals Day on August 29th with up to one hundred people protesting in front of BBC Broadcasting House in London, everything went again rather quiet, with myself again being targeted with constant harassment etc.
The weekly Wednesday House of Parliament Gang Stalking Vigil is resuming, at the moment things are rather more quiet than in the past, but I think these vigils fulfil a need, for Targeted Individuals to meet up and support each other and for our movement to gather momentum and visibility.I believe there is a need for this weekly Vigil to relaunch solidarity, friendship and mutual support in the Targeted Individuals community, to increase our visibility and push back against the abuse and also to determine what are the right narratives and the right priorities to move the TI community successfully forward into the new year.
NEXT VIGIL ON WEDNESDAY MARCH 18TH, AT THE SLIGHTLY LATER TIME OF 4PM TO 6PM. Meeting up and socializing is an integral part of these events as every past vigil has always been followed by a social/meeting, going to a cafe for a coffee, some food and a big chat... Getting together is at 4pm, on the right-hand side of the House of Parliament's main carriage entrance.At 6pm, we will walk to a local cafe for a coffee, a bite and a social/meeting...PLACARDS, BANNERS, LITERATURE, LEAFLETS ETC.
