I have a question about milestone bonuses.

This type of bonus is usually given when a manager completes a project on time and well.

It is also referred to as a project bonus.

My questions are

1. Does your organisation provide compensation like milestone bonuses?

2. How do you implement such an incentive plan?

We are in the healthcare industry.
