We are delighted to announce that Harriet Wybor and Rachel Ford-Evans have been appointed as Tŷ Cerdd’s new Co-Chairs.

Both have been trustees of Tŷ Cerdd for a number of years, throughout which they have brought considerable expertise and experience to the organisation. The pair’s complementary skills and professional backgrounds make them the perfect team to lead Tŷ Cerdd into the next period. Read more

Read about the three artists who have been selected for participation in Medal y Cyfansoddwr – the flagship music composition prize awarded annually at the National Eisteddfod of Wales.

As a farewell gesture the Vale of Glamorgan Festival will be awarding a limited number of grants  to proposals that provide a platform for Welsh / Wales-based contemporary classical composers’ work, and that demonstrate a collaboration between composer/s and performer/s.
