And hello 2022! The word "2022" feels weird to say aloud because it seems so futuristic, but here we are.
We hope your holidays were peaceful, healthy, and surrounded by moments of joy. Here, at CX by Design, we took a much-needed break, the last two weeks of December, returning to work refreshed and ready to tackle new challenges.
This year we continue to work on long-term engagements with curious, passionate, and innovative clients. We could say we're "lucky" to have these partnerships, but in reality, we created the environment for "luck" to flourish. We are proud and grateful for our clients' support.
Looking forward, our business model continues to evolve. In 2022, we are focusing on longer-term engagements with a retainer structure because making a difference takes time.
