As we come into the colder season we have been so grateful for your continued support here at the cafe, helped by the glorious weather with busy lunchtimes and we always love to see the children on the way home from school. Our warming homemade soups, lasagnes and jackets are coming into their own and we’ve got some lovely Christmassy specials coming on the cake front! A very warm welcome to Debbie who has joined our team and KP!
Our supper clubs are proving a great success, October, November 26th and December 2nd are/were full but we have a few places left for 16th and 23rd. December; do ring 01305 209142 to find out more.
Another date for your diary is the 19th
December with Father Christmas coming in the afternoon, followed by carols and mince pies, see below or visit our website www.pipspoundbury.com to find out more!
We have lots to look forward to during the festive period here and hope that you will all join us for one or all of our community events. We will shortly be putting up our Christmas decorations and would like to thank Poundbury Garden Centre for donating the lights; the support from our local businesses is priceless to us as a charity, together with small grants that enable us to provide our lovely community events for all ages.
We are hosting an open day on the 6th December 10 am – 4pm giving people an opportunity to learn more about what we do as a charity. If you would like to meet our Trustees and key staff, please do contact kate@alcoholeducationtrust.org
as we are booking approximate time slots to ensure PiP isn’t too busy at any one time.
Please note that PiP will be closed for a private function between 10.30 – 2.30 on the 8th December, we do apologise for the inconvenience – PiP is only closing for Christmas Day and Boxing Day, however, and will remain open throughout the Christmas/New Year Break – so bring you relatives and families! Do ring if you wish to check or book.
