A WORD IN DUE SEASON

Dear Friends,
The month of May is filled with flowers, friendship, and fun. Spring is in full swing, and renewal is all around us.
But is renewal within us, where it really matters?
Jesus said, "Unless a man is born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God" (John 3: 3). When we are born again, we are renewed. In other words, we are literally made new creations. In 2 Corinthians 5: 17, the Word of God says this: "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."
Have all things become new on the inside of you? Have you been born again? If not, go here now and experience the true meaning of Spring:

All of my grandchildren are homeschooled. A chief portion of the curriculum for their grammar school education is to memorize a huge body of knowledge covering all the disciplines of learning and then to be tested on this material by three different educators. The event is called "Memory Master" and represents an amazing intellectual accomplishment on the part of the children participating.
Well, I am very proud to say that three of my grandchildren have earned the distinction of Memory Master Champions. In addition, my eight-year-old granddaughter has earned the distinction of being the youngest student to have earned this distinction three years in a row. She is now recognized as a Triple-Crown Memory Master Scholar!
Congratulations to all of my grandchildren! Your Nonna is so very proud of you for all of your hard work.
And praise and honor to the Lord God Who has blessed you with good minds to learn and to remember.

If you have not yet read The Iron Saint, I encourage you to do so soon. The Lord instructed me to write this book back in November of 2020. It is a clarion call to the Church to prepare for the coming persecution.
There is no question we are living in perilous times, the times about which Jesus prophesied in Matthew 24. Already we have experienced the "beginnings of sorrows" that Jesus talked about.
But times will grow worse for the Body of Christ as the forces of evil threaten to overtake all that is good. Yet, Scripture tells us in Matthew 16: 18 that the gates of hell shall not prevail against the Church. Praise the Lord!
But we must prepare. Just as a triathlete prepares for the Iron Man competition, so must the Christ-Follower prepare for the dark days ahead. Jesus said that he who endures to the end shall be saved (Matthew 24: 13).
Will you be one who will endure? I pray so.

Angel Hair with Salmon
(from the Kitchen of MaryAnn Diorio )
Ingredients:
1 can Red Salmon
! lb. Angel Hair Pasta
Chopped Garlic
Capers (optional)
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook pasta to desire tenderness.
Heat olive oil in skillet.
Add chopped garlic and cook till golden.
Add canned salmon and mix well.
Pour olive oil mixture over pasta.
Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese.
Serve and enjoy!
