STATE DEPARTMENT HAS A MEDICAL TEST FOR HAVANA SYNDROME!
Well, it seems that the State Department is way ahead of the other agencies on the Havana Syndrome. They had the first report that concluded the attacks were conducted via microwaves or directed energy weapons (even though Congress had to pry it from their fingers). They've had a Havana Syndrome questionnaire since 2019 which we are just now finding out about and now we hear they've had a medical test for the Anomalous Health Incidents (AHI) a.k.a the Havana Syndrome since 2018. A&A AUTOMATIC IDENTIFIYING MACHINE - From founder, DA LI
The following is a reprint of an email - with permission of the author - from the inventor of the first TI Automatic Identifying Machine! The inventor, Mr. Da Li has patented a device which he says can identify if someone is a targeted individual. His email explains further:
"...I am going to establish my own company, A&A Identifying Technology Inc. My accountant just filed an application to California Government and I need a sales license also.
I am not sure if you have read my patent or machine operation manual, my Automatic Identifying Machine V1.0 can identify victim of abuse RNM & V2K technology very clearly, but only can identify some status of remote operator (harasser) like nationality, race, some religious belief and political belief.
My machine can not identify remote operator's (harasser's) name, residential address and job title. So you must make them clear. But only these identifying functions are world first machine to help and serve victims. I have sent an email to UN special investigator for torture, professor Nils Melzer in School of Law, University of Glasgow in UK and I told him that the UN wanted to investigate and ban cyber torture, but UN has not any technical means and equipment to do so. If he needs my machine, I am willing to send him one for free using in UN actions against cyber-torture torture like RNM and V2K torture, but I have not gotten a reply yet.

Because this is only a V1.0 machine, I will update and improve the machine quickly because I use PLC technology as my main component which can improve functions of the machine easily and you could ask any automatic control engineer you may know.

TRIP REPORT - WESTPORT, WASHINGTON
The following is a trip report from a TI who visited Westport, Washington (and who wishes to remain anonymous), an area which reportedly is free of targeting frequencies.
"I recently spent a long weekend in Westport, WA and want to follow-up after my previous communication to you. I was looking for and somewhat expecting zero targeting in Westport. That didn’t happen, although it was better and was variable depending on my physical location in the community. Michael Sweeny suggested that this will pass, as it did for at least one other resident. I didn’t try to hide my trip, so I could have received special treatment, just for the occasion. In any case, the results are indeterminate at the moment, but it is still worth checking out. And especially if you can stay for a longer period of time. If you visit, be prepared for life in an isolated small town. I couldn’t find a single place to plug in a laptop that had WiFi. This alone was a show stopper for me. And the lack of dance opportunities was an even greater barrier to moving there. At a minimum though, it is a good TI vacation spot.
