We understand that many of you are eager to learn more about the roles within Social Prescribing and we've invited the commissioner manager, Claire Burgess from NHS Derby and Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group as one of our guest speakers to bring you insights and perspectives as a key role in Social Prescribing.

There will also be opportunities to engage and participate in discussions around the latest Social Prescribing developments in Derby/shire.

The event will include

• What is the role of a commissioner (traditional commissioning and new ways of working with ICS developments)
• What opportunities are there to connect with Social Prescribing Link worker- involving a demo from Joy the new Social Prescribing software being used by Link Workers
• Improving the referral pathway
