As I explain on the audio, I think we need to remind ourselves of the dangers of carrying lots of excess weight, but also appreciate how easy it can be to gradually gain weight.

It's relatively easy to move along and back this body scale, so I think it's important to create our tipping point that allows ourselves to go up and down a little bit, but to ensure we avoid the yo-yo approach which is exhausting!
