What you need to do today...

Hit today's workout with a TA Smasher mentality! It's one of my favourite videos and it's broken into 5 sections, enjoy!

There are some new moves, so please take care and although you should be fitter than you were 7 or 14 days ago, when you try new things, you may not be able to do level two throughout. You'll revisit this in a week's time, so there's always room for improvement!

Your Tummy ATTACK Tip of the Day!

Don't feel like your goals are an uphill struggle!

My biggest piece of advice when trying to create change is taking one day at a time and seeing small steps as building up into big changes over time.

Compartmentalise, lock into each day, and keep your thoughts on the positive things you do rather than the distance / time / effort it will take to get where you want to.

Watch this amazing video of a retired Veteran who lost hundreds of pounds through yoga whenever you feel like you're dealing with an uphill struggle, it will bring it all into perspective!

Tummy picture inspiration!

As I explain on the audio, I think we need to remind ourselves of the dangers of carrying lots of excess weight, but also appreciate how easy it can be to gradually gain weight.

This image looks at the 5 developing stages of weight gain in women...

It's relatively easy to move along and back this body scale, so I think it's important to create our tipping point that allows ourselves to go up and down a little bit, but to ensure we avoid the yo-yo approach which is exhausting!
