Hello!

My email encountered a glitch recently, and I lost a bunch of my subscribers' names in the shuffle. It's not a huge deal, except that when I send out my newsletters, I like to include your first name in my greeting. You may have noticed my last email said "Hello [blank space]," which isn't very personal, is it?

As such, I'm hoping you can send me a quick reply with your first name, and I can restore things to the way they were.

If for some reason you don't want to receive my emails anymore, you can unsubscribe with absolutely no hard feelings on my end.
