📚 Developing a Strategic Asset: HEInnovate User Experience from AAB College, Kosovo

After a low-participation first attempt in 2024, AAB College in Kosovo didn't give up, they got strategic. Following the Train the Trainers programme in Helsinki, the team relaunched the HEInnovate self-assessment with stronger institutional backing and a structured process.

The result? High participation, a sharper understanding of their strengths, and insights now driving their strategic planning and European cooperation agenda.
