Overtime Meal Allowance - Update 1 (Replies)

Dear HR Professionals,

I would like to check on how much is your company giving for meal allowance?

Employees who work beyond 8 pm will be allowed to claim for meal expenses capped at $8 per head. For OT that falls on Saturday/Sunday/Public holiday, a minimum of 4 working hours will be required for the reimbursement.

We work only normal hours (9am-6pm Mon to Fri). If staff works till 9pm, they may claim $5 meal allowance.
