It's Sunday, but there is no reason to relax; it's a three-day weekend. I'm still thinking of relaxed fun by the water in the country, but if I'm feeling the excitement, there is a rocking band in Martinez. I just tell you what I see. You get to decide.

| I'm Going Bold Or Going Home On Beer... |

Last weekend I visited three breweries in West County. Armistice, East Bros, and Elevation 66, in that order. I got lucky in the order because I enjoyed the Armistice beers the best by far. I had a three-flight sampler. A Point Heyes pilsner (they advertise it as the beer brewers drink first), a Beskar (a very chocolate-forward stout), and a Raspberry Coulis that went down like a smoothie. Everything I drank afterward was a lesser version of what I tasted first. What did I find out? I don't really drink much beer anyway but when I do I want a "beer cocktail." Does this mean I don't like the taste of beer anymore? Or maybe I've just become a guy that wants a lot of flavor. ARMISTICE BEER MENU
