GOOD NEWS! ICATOR CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT !!!
We have received word recently that Melanie Vritschan, President of The International Coalition Against Electronic Torture and the Robotisation of Living Beings (ICATOR), the international cybertorture human rights group, has obtained an attorney and is preparing for a class-action lawsuit. The case will be filed against mostly European governments who are signatories to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
The attorney is charging a retainer fee of $13,000 which the Europeans will be fund-raising for in the near future.
Those outside of the ECHR's jurisdiction - such as the United States, China, Japan, etc. - may also participate by filing amicus briefs in support of the lawsuit once it is filed, although compensation can only be received by registered plaintiffs. An amicus brief can be filed by a person or an organization.
We will be updating the community further as to the status of the developing lawsuit in the coming weeks.

SIGNED AS LAW: UTAL BILL CREATES PROCESS TO REVIEW AND SHUT DOWN SURVEILLANCE PROGRAMS !!!
Rep. Francis Gibson introduced House Bill 243 on January 26, 2021 and already it has become law in the state of Utah. This bill would provide transparency and oversight for state and local surveillance technology with an option to terminate the use of such technology if it fails to meet certain privacy rights standards.
The bill also creates the position of "Privacy Rights Officer" and a "Personal Privacy Rights Committee" that will oversee the use of government surveillance technologies.
Utah Governor Spencer Cox signed the bill on March 16, 2021.

REFUGE FROM THE STORM CHURCH CELEBRATES 5-YEAR ANNIVERSARY - MARCH 27, 2021 (see flyer below)
Hello,
God has brought us to a milestone that would have been impossible without Him and YOU. It's the 5th Year Anniversary of Refuge from the Storm Church and we want you to celebrate with us. March 27, 2021 at 6 p.m. EST.
These last five years have been a challenge but God has prevailed. Thank you to each of you who gave to the success of this church that was established with the persecuted Christian and victim/survivor in mind. Whether you started with us or joined along the way, my sincere appreciation goes to you. We would not be here without you.
