I hope you're well. Here in Ireland the weather seems to be finally turning to Spring. I can even see blue skies today! I'm making sure to get daily lunch time walks to soak up that Vitamin D while the Sun is at its highest, and I hope we'll all soon have the Winter Blues behind us.
I've been putting 90 minutes per weekday (okay, "most" weekdays) into my Masters Thesis this month and I'm almost finished! I know I'll feel so much better when it's gone and done! I'm also learning Spanish (slowwwwly) :P
What's your big hurdle?... Are you making small bits of regular progress towards it? Little by little, a little becomes a lot.
YouTube Channel launched!
I've started up a YouTube channel (subscribers welcome!) to host any interviews or vlogs I do in the future. I'm planning to make more and more use of it but for now, the first piece of content is a fascinating interview with Treasa Spragg, discussing "struggle porn" and sleep science (click below).

FREE Productivity consulting for laya Healthcare App users
At the start of February, I and two others (Rowena Hennigan and Lorna Lacey) began giving half-hour consulting sessions as Remote Work Mentors (website coming soon) through the laya Healthcare App. If you're a member you can go on and book us for free.
I'm available for bookings Mon-Fri, 1pm-6pm.
We're working to bring the service to more platforms, too. I'm very excited about this as I've really enjoyed working with my clients from February!
Coming Soon: Productivity Community
I'm exploring options to start a productivity community either on Slack, Microsoft Teams, or another platform. We would have:
Daily work-together accountability hours
Monthy live interview
At least, that's the current thinking. I'd love to hear your thoughts if you're aware of the best platforms for this kind of thing (I'm leaning away from Facebook) or if you have comments on those or other features. Please just reply to this email if you do.
The idea is for it to be paid, but with maybe a free version or launching free to test it.

I was just listening to a podcast with Scott Galloway the other day, and one of the best takeaways was his idea that you should take the 3 biggest trends in your business life, and in your personal life, and project them out 10 years.
Are you overeating? Are you not getting enough exercise? Are you answering emails at midnight? Are you letting your professional standards slip?
Yes, we do need to go easy on ourselves during this extraordinary pandemic - but that's kind of the problem, too. It's been going on for a year now! We're forming new habits and they're getting more and more deeply ingrained. Are they the habits that you want to have, and where do they lead to?
