It's hard to believe it is November already. The year has sure been an interesting one, and now we are in the twilight of 2020.
November- it gets darker earlier, the weather is colder, the leaves are changing, and we are going to be moving indoors more. That is a little scary.
But it doesn't have to be discouraging or depressing. It's just like midlife. Moving into a new phase of the year is just like moving into a new phase of life. There are changes. There may be changes we don't like, or that we don't expect, but maybe there are also changes that are wonderful-- if you are open to them, and if your mindset allows you to see the positive--beautiful colors, holiday decorations, New Year's resolutions.
What are your resolutions for 2021? Are there physical or health goals you are contemplating, habit changes you want to make, projects you've been putting off, attitude or mindset shifts you think would benefit you?
This is a great time to consider what you want to accomplish in your life, what you want to change, and how you are going to get yourself to your goals. There is no reason to stay stuck! Coaching can help.
