It’s always an honor to connect with you and a pleasure to be part of your healing journey.

I think it’s super important to keep reminding ourselves that from thousands of mental health bloggers, and millions of anxiety sufferers worldwide, we have found each other.

I truly believe this is amazing and not a coincidence.

In my heart, I know and feel, that you were meant to find me and I was meant to help you, and we were both meant to grow in love from this connection.

Now that you know how deeply I see our relationship, you’ll better understand the rest of my email.

In this email I would like to talk about both your and my commitment to your healing journey …

What if I asked you,

How committed are you to conquering your anxiety?

  • I have tried everything but nothing seems to work
  • I just don’t have the time or energy to practice any anxiety relief techniques
  • What is the point in doing anything when I always seem to feel anxious
  • I tend to try new techniques but then quickly seem to give up

It doesn’t matter in which category you fall into right now.

But what does matter, is what you do after reading this email.

For example, let me tell you about my level of commitment to you.

I have a very busy week ahead both at work and at home, and so this morning I got up 2 hours earlier (at 4am) to write this email, and I had to type it as I took my daily walk. But that wasn't enough time to complete this lengthy email. It was only enough for a rough draft. I had to then spend more time writing and editing the email after I finished work. Total hours of commitment to the loving community each Monday ... 3-4 hours. 

My Darling friend, that’s how important you are to me.

But no matter what I do, if your commitment is not there, I’m sorry to say you won’t see your anxiety fade.

My beautiful Angel, taking empowering actions is essential if you want to conquer your anxiety, and that means being in category 2.

One thing that I can see right now is that you’ve read at least 50 percent of my emails since joining the amosuir loving community.

That’s brilliant and I want to applaud you for that.

In my eyes you are already far beyond most anxiety sufferers.

For months I have been removing people who don't read my emails to create more time and energy for beautiful souls like you who are showing up.

So, my lovely,

Let’s now take the level of your commitment to the next level .
