Wood Badge training promotes the latest in 12 leadership principles to help participants become the best leader possible, and is delivered by a staff of experienced mentors and scouters who promote friendship, camaraderie, knowledge, personal awareness, and most of all fun!
The Wood Badge curriculum is based on corporate training models developed by contemporary scholars including Ken Blanchard (the One Minute Manager series), Stephen R. Covey (The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People and Principle-Centered Leadership), and Spencer Johnson (Who Moved My Cheese), among others.
