Sage 300 CRE (Timberline) screen issues
Working on a high-resolution screen like a Microsoft Surface or switching from dual to single screens can make Sage do weird things (like not being able to access dialog boxes or modules). Give us a call for fixing stubborn issues, but here are some easy things to try:
Can't see a window or dialog box: Right click the Windows Taskbar and choose Cascade Windows (doesn't work in Windows 11).
High-res screens making things misaligned: Right click on Sage "Desktop" icon, Properties, Compatibility tab. Change High DPI settings > select Override high DPI scaling behavior > Scaling performed by: System
