Bouncing...

Our first bounce day on Tuesday 3rd August was a great success, thank you so much for your support. So many smiley faces on the ‘Bounce About Inflatables’, the snacks and ice creams on offer in the cafe were flying out the door. Just great to be able to ease back into delivering events safely in the park.

Sadly, the weather wasn’t on our side for the second scheduled bounce on Tuesday 17th August, due to health and safety we decided to reschedule for Tuesday 24th.

Everything crossed for a dry day. Forecast sun! Hope to see you on the 24th for some good old family fun. Call a friend and make it a date!

Katie and The Refill Cabin will be with us, the Hardie Cycle Hub will be open for bike sales and chat and Moosh’s Face Painting will be ready with her paint on the day. Face Painting prices: Glitter tattoos £3  /  Face Painting £3 / Arm Painting £5

THE FINER DETAIL: Bounce from 11am until 4pm

We always welcome NEW volunteers. If you know someone who may need to get out of the house, needs a direction, lonely or outgoing tell them about Hardie Park. Volunteering may be just what they need. Pop along to the cafe, give us a call or fill out the form online.

We really would love you to be part of it!

Chat, smiles, coffee, company, friendship, something to get up for!

Behind the scenes our Board of six Trustees also volunteer their time for the benefit of the community.  The most recent recruitment being Ed Pearce, father of three and regular visitor to the park. His role is based around fundraising and the parks long term stability. Having worked in the charity sector for over 12 years for both national charities and local charities including St Luke’s Hospice and the new Basildon Youth Zone his wealth of knowledge and experience is most definitely an asset to the park
