Hi , I would love to talk to you about the amazing sewing projects I plan to work on, but no 'Diary of a Dressmaker' this time.
Well,
the reality is (those of you who have an online business like I do
know this) that
most of the time, you are doing everything but creating.
Over the past month, Alice and I have been mainly working on content
for the blog
and e-commerce.
Never
in my life did I ever think that a simple e-commerce business would
require so much work. "Yes, come on, I'll quickly load two
products I have in stock, and off you go...".
Those
two products turned into more than 200
articles, and
we still haven't finished. For each product, photos,
descriptions, and translations have
to be made, then everything has to be uploaded onto the site,
fighting with SEO and making sure that people find it. In short, a
real grind!
In
the end, we spent two weeks taking photos of the new products, which
you will be able to see in the coming months.
When
I say photos, I
actually mean a LOT of photos.
In fact, I'm a bit of a stickler, and Alice, after I made her take
thirteen pictures of the same product, had a disturbing twinkle of
hatred in her eyes. Should I be worried for my safety?!
I
must say that the bonings
were the
most popular product
in the shop, which is why I decided to include the pre-cut
bonings
as
the first new products, which come in various sizes.
There
are currently several
types of bonings available
in the shop, and those who are buying them for the first time may be
unsure about which
one to choose.
This is precisely why I have written an article
in the blog about
this: to help you choose the right splint for your project.

useful!
