Oct. 26, 1926: Doctors report Houdini's condition is “satisfactory but continues grave.”
Oct. 27, 1926: Dr. Daniel Cohn reports from Grace Hospital that Houdini’s condition remains unchanged.
Oct. 28, 1926: Doctors report Houdini shows slight improvement. Temperature drops below 100 for first time.
Oct. 29, 1926: Houdini suffers a relapse. Second operation performed for paralysis of the bowels.
Oct. 30, 1926: Doctors report second operation was unsuccessful. Houdini’s temperature rises to 105 by evening.
Oct. 31, 1926: Houdini dies at 1:26 PM.
