Diwali is just around the corner and I'm sure you have your inbox full with emails from brands telling you about their launches and whatnot.

In fact, I also had a fun Diwali anecdotal story all ready for you to read in this email. But for better or for worse, I'm not gonna talk about that. Rather, I'm gonna cut to the chase here.

Welcome to Dohful's Sunday , we're going to talk about your gifting needs during this Diwali.

But before we begin that, I'd just like to remind you that you have tried and tested Dohful cookies, multiple times even for many of you. You have been with us on this journey, know our whole team, our high and low points, and above all, how I became a foodie in the first place.

You know your guests will absolutely love and appreciate receiving these cookies as gifts and that we'd treat them as our own guests. 

You also know that our cookies are 100% eggless and handcrafted especially for you after you place the order. We would never serve you anything that we won't have ourselves.

So I'd just like to say that whenever you think about what to gift to your loved ones, do give Dohful a chance. You know we won't disappoint.

Having said that, we've been receiving many questions about the Diwali gifts and so we thought we'll share those here along with the answers, in case it's helpful for you guys.

1. Are you coming up with a new Diwali packaging?

We have received great appreciation and praise for our packaging box and I am a firm believer of 'don't fix what ain't broken'. So we are not launching a new Diwali special box. However, we are coming up with a 10 cookies box, because there was a huge ask for that. It is in print as we speak and will be live on the Dohful website, Wednesday onwards!

2. I want to order 10 box of cookies for different addresses, will I have to place 10 orders?

No, you don't need to place all 10 different orders. We can do that for you. All you have to do is hit the reply button on this email, let us know your order, along with the delivery details and we'll take care of the rest. You can also reach out to us via Whatsapp, or Insta DM.

3. Do you guys do Diwali hampers?

No, we do only what we do best - make cookies! Our packaging box is functional, protects the cookies, and looks super cute in process, so we send our cookies in that only. However, if you have your own hampers, we'd be happy to supply the cookies to be added to those. We've actually done this for quite a number of people recently, where we send them the cookies as we usually do, and they add the cookie wrappers in the hampers as they like.

4. Can I add a Diwali message for my loved ones?

Yes of course! You can let us know your messages while placing the order and we'll make sure to add it along with the cookies being sent to your loves ones. If you're placing the order online, look for the 'Special Instructions for Seller' box on the cart page and add your message there. If you're placing the order via email/Insta DM/Whatsapp, just let us know when you're giving us the addresses, and we'll make sure to add it.
