Note #1 - There are no 'fat-blasting' workouts
You see online all the time 'special' workouts that 'torch' body-fat.
This is all marketing bullshit.
You lose bodyfat one way - taking in less calories than you put out.
The idea behind these workouts is that they burn more calories than other workouts. For example, an hour of yoga will burn less calories than an hour of intense running.
True.
But the difference is MINIMAL!!!!!! Unless you want to look at the calorie differences over the next 20 years, you won't notice any difference in the next week or even year.
If you want to lose fat you need to focus on your diet.
Period.
For exercise, do activity that you love PLUS three 15-20 minute base workouts a week that ensure you are not missing anything vital, kind of like taking a multi-vitamin even when you eat well.
